I would like UtilitiesADR to look into my complaint.
To help resolve your complaint, we require your permission to share the complaint details you provide to us with the company whom the complaint relates to. We will then ask the company to provide its version of events and any evidence it can to support this.
In order for Consumer Dispute Resolution Limited (“CDRL”) to effectively investigate your complaint, we need to ask that you are happy to give your permission:
For CDRL to share with the company any information you provide to us. We may also share your information with you’re the company’s third-party industry regulator or your service provider’s Associated Trade Body, if relevant to your complaint.
And
For the company and/or its agents to release to Consumer Dispute Resolution Limited any information they hold about you, your accounts and/or your complaint which may be relevant to the investigation.
